Information you provide, such as name, phone number, town and relevant details about your pet, is used only to arrange and provide care. It is retained as part of the medical record where required by law and shared only with a provider essential to your chosen service.
On this website
- No social-media pixels are used.
- Anonymous usage statistics are collected through Vercel Analytics without cookies or personal identification.
- A Google tag measures form enquiries, calls and WhatsApp clicks and evaluates ad performance. Google may receive the page URL, referral source and an ad click identifier, and may use cookies or identifiers under its own policy.
- First-touch referral, UTM details and Google click identifiers are held in browser session storage. If you submit the form, they are attached to the enquiry so I can understand which channels produce enquiries.
- Quality-of-life checklist answers remain on your device and are not transmitted or stored.
- Contact-form details are delivered to Dr Eliott through Resend, an email-delivery provider. They are used only to respond and are not displayed on the website.
