Appointments and cancellation
Visits are by advance appointment only. You may cancel or move a visit at any time, including shortly before arrival, without a fee or questions.
Price and payment
The complete price, including VAT and any agreed weekend or aftercare supplement, is confirmed in writing before the visit and does not change on the day. Payment is made on the day by card, Bit or bank transfer against an invoice.
Hours and emergencies
Phone and WhatsApp are answered Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00. This is not an emergency service. Acute medical distress requires an emergency veterinary clinic.
Medical judgement
Euthanasia is performed to prevent suffering and remains subject to the veterinarian’s professional judgement and any legal approvals that may apply.
Aftercare
Communal cremation does not return ashes. Individual cremation returns ashes in an urn. Cemetery burial is coordinated with a licensed pet cemetery at its published price. If you have not decided, the body may be kept respectfully for up to two days.
