Appointments and cancellation
Visits are by advance appointment only. Cancellation or rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the visit. Later changes are handled according to the circumstances.
Price and payment
The veterinary-service price includes VAT. Payment is made on the day by card, Bit or PayBox against an invoice. External aftercare services are priced and paid directly through their provider.
Hours and emergencies
Phone and WhatsApp are answered Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00. Visits are scheduled as needed, including beyond those hours. Weekend and holiday visits carry an additional fee confirmed in advance. This is not an emergency service. Acute medical distress requires an emergency veterinary clinic.
Medical judgement
Euthanasia is performed to prevent suffering and remains subject to the veterinarian’s professional judgement and any legal approvals that may apply.
Aftercare
Aftercare logistics are not part of Gesher HaKeshet’s veterinary service. If requested, I can explain the practical decisions and, with your permission, connect you with a trusted external provider. The provider confirms availability, logistics, price and terms directly with you, and you pay the provider directly. Gesher HaKeshet does not transport or store remains and is not responsible for the external provider’s service.
